A Short Bio

Humans were made to move, made to perform and made to adapt.

After completing an Associates Degree, a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree in Kinesiology, I know this to be true.

Although the training goals may be different for each individual, the approach, execution and effectiveness of training are not.


I want to bring you my experience with youth, high school, college and professional athletes to help you develop and understand real world applications for all bodies.
